Follow Up Acupuncture Appointment

Follow up appointments are all appointments following the initial acupuncture appointment. In addition to acupuncture other modalities that may be incorporated into the treatment include cupping, gua sha, and moxibustion (made from an herb called mugwort and is burned on acupuncture points on the skin or on the needles). Save over 10% on follow up appointments by purchasing a package of 4 sessions for $340.
New Patient Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic acupuncture is a non-invasive and chemical free way to reduce the signs of aging. Treatment not only includes acupuncture needles on the face and body but also facial cupping and gua sha. This full body treatment impacts several body systems and organs that play a role in the aging process. By addressing these body systems cosmetic acupuncture can improve the immune system, circulation, sleep, and digestion. This initial appointment will include a comprehensive medical history and the first treatment.
Follow Up Cosmetic Acupuncture

Follow up cosmetic acupuncture appointments are all appointments following the initial facial acupuncture appointment. Treatment includes acupuncture needles on the face and body. After needles are removed cupping and gua sha are done on the face. This style of cupping and gua sha is gentle and does not leave marks on the face.
Facial Cupping and Gua Sha

Achieve benefits of cosmetic acupuncture without facial needles. Improve circulation, reduce puffiness and redness. This style of cupping and gua sha is gentle and does not leave marks on the face. Some acupuncture points on the arms and/or legs may be used.
Red, Blue, Yellow & Green Light Therapy

Red Light LED Therapy is a non-invasive anti-aging method to rejuvenate the skin by producing new collagen and elastin. This service also offers other LED light therapy colors such as blue, yellow and green. The blue is beneficial for eliminating bacteria (for example, acne) and improving mood. Yellow reduces red spots and red face (for example, rosacea). Green targets dark circles, sunspots and pigmentation issues. This service also includes acupuncture points to enhance treatment outcomes. Save half off this service when combined with other services such as cosmetic acupuncture, microneedling, nano needling and facial cupping and gua sha.
New Patient Microneedling Appointment

Miconeedling creates micro channels on the surface of the skin to stimulate a healing response that increases production of collagen and elastin. This helps the skin become firmer, smooths wrinkles, reduces pores and reduces scars. It can be done on the face, neck, chest, scalp(for hair loss), stomach, thighs, arms and hands. Nano needling is done in this treatment on the lips and under the eyes. In this initial appointment patient's medical history is obtained, treatment goals are discussed, and first treatment is done. This treatment also includes acupuncture points on the arms and/or legs creating a full body experience to enhance treatment outcomes by improving internal harmony in the body.

Follow up Microneedling appointments are all appointments following the initial microneedling appointment. Acupuncture points on the body are included in the treatment to enhance treatment outcomes by providing more internal body balance. Nano Needling Only Appointment

Nano needling only is a great option between miconeedling treatments or as a stand alone treatment that can be done up to twice a week on the face, eyes, lips, and neck. Nano needling increases serum absorption by 97%, requires no down time, and leaves you with an instant glow! An acupuncture treatment is included to support the body internally for improved outcomes. Vitality Acupuncture and Wellness is an in-network provider with United Health Care and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield insurance. This excludes Cosmetic Acupuncture, Microneedling, Nano needling and Red Light LED Therapy which is not covered by insurance due to the cosmetic nature of the treatments.

There is no charge for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a $75.00 fee.
